The Purpose of this Memorandum is to highlight and spotlight the alarming and increasing reported incidences of unlawful, ruthless and brutal assaults and death while in police lock-up in a civilised country like ours and we call upon Polis Di Raja Malaysia (PDRM) to put at stop to such abuses...

KAMPUNG MEDAN TRAGEDY

This tragedy which is "made out" to the have started from the funeral / wedding and the catapult episode may be misleading especially so when there has not been racial tension between the Malays and the Indians in the area. A "carefully planned and orchestrated and executed crime" by a selected "squad" propelled by some "political force" seem to be the real culprit which has to be investigated by Suhakam...
